HB 1105 - Public comment notice

Section 1

  1. Whenever a public agency is required by law to provide notice that it is soliciting written public comment, the notice must specify the last date by which such public comment must be submitted.

  2. Each person who is responsible for providing a notice that violates this section is subject to the same fines under the same procedures as other violations of this chapter are subject to under RCW 42.30.120.
